Girls Golf on the Up |
Final
figures are yet to be confirmed but it seems likely that
the membership numbers for girls in Wales are significanty
up on last years figures - continuing the upward trend of
the last few years in Wales.
This is exemplified by Newport Links Golf Club in Pembrokeshire,
where a very enthusiastic group of girls are having a great
time perfecting their newly acquired skills and building
lifelong friendships. The girls are pictured with club professional
Alun Evans. Congratuations to the club and the band of dedicated
volunteers such as Lynda Seaton.
