Starter Centres

The Golf Foundation Starter Centre Initiative is a network of junior-friendly facilities which provide coaching opportunities for beginners.

They produce annual reports on their activities and in return the Golf Foundation and Golf Development Wales provide some financial support to keep costs to the participants as low as possible.

Most centres operate the Junior Golf Passport scheme of the Golf Foundation or another similar structured coaching programme.
